Our instructors are not only great Pre and Post natal Pilates teachers, but we are also specialists from Carolyn Anthony’s Centre of Womens Health for helping with things such as healing for Caesarean section, Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) and Pelvic Floor Dyfunction and weakness. Pilates during pregnancy helps protect your back, help support the growing weight of baby and improves circulation, whilst preparing the muscles needed for delivery. Post Natal Pilates gets you re-connected with your internal muscles that have been strained and stretched and repairs you from the inside out, whilst getting your body back into shape.
